1. One visa application form per applicant properly and completely filled out both pages and signed. Please click here to download the visa form

2. Valid and signed United state Passport with at least 6 months from the date of entry in Egypt

3. One recent 2" x 2" passport-type photo Homemade Digital Photographs are not acceptable.

Note

Passport must have a minimum of one(1) complete blank visa pages to stamp the visa , remember the last three (3) pages are not visa pages and it will not be accepted

Business letter An original letter from the company given to the applicant who is applying for visa, The letter should be printed on company letterhead stationery, addressed to the” Consulate of Egypt “and signed by a senior manager

This letter must offer:

· Introduce the applicant,( employment status/position held in the company)

· The purpose of visit.

· Nature of business of the U.S. Company.

· Name, address and Nature of business of the Egypt company to be contacted in Egypt

· Guarantee of sufficient funds for travel.
