Letter of Invitation: India Business invitation letter from the sponsoring organization or company in India indicating the following:
· On sponsoring company's letterhead · Nature of the applicant's business · Probable duration of stay · State the validity of the visa you are applying for (1 year, 5 year or 10 year) · State the places and organizations to be visited · Guarantee the applicant's financial expenses entirely 8. Business letter An original letter from the company given to the applicant who is applying for visa, The letter should be printed on company letterhead stationery, addressed to the” Embassy of India “and signed by a senior manager This letter must offer: · Introduce the applicant,( employment status/position held in the company) · The purpose of visit. · Nature of business of the U.S. Company. · Name, address and Nature of business of the India company to be contacted in India
· Guarantee of sufficient funds for travel Note 1.
