Passport Renewal Passport Renewal (in the first paragraph) If you have a passport but it is not damaged OR you have not changed your legal name OR changed your legal name and need to prove it OR your passport was issued within the last 15 years OR Your were at least 16 years old when your most recent passport was issued so you can choose the passport Renewal service it will be the right service for you only.
Necessary documents requirement 1- New passport form Complete and fill out our order form 2- Completed DS-82 form (application for Renewal U.S. passport) Kindly check the type of passport you applying for then click on the link at the bottom of this section to complete, and create your passport application (DS-82) online. After you fill out the form online, you will see at the bottom of the page this sentences “I have read and acknowledge the steps contained above “make check in the check box and you will see a button that says "Create Form", please click the "Create Form" button, and your application form (DS-82) will appear completed on your screen. Important: 1. Please print one copy of the completed application form (DS-82). 2. Do not print the form on double sided pages. 3. You must sign and Date the completed application form (DS-82). Date your application on the day we will receive it, not the day you sign it. Ex) if you are shipping application to us on Friday Jan 2, date it for Monday Jan 5. 4. If you don't have any travel plan, or your departure date is not within 14 days, please make sure do not fill in the Travel Plans section online, and leave it blank.

filling out and printing the form close the window to return to your passport
instructions. 3- Letter of Authorization Download, complete, print out, date and sign the Authorization Letter. . Important: Please enclose an additional copy of the Letter of Authorization outside of the envelope sealed by the Acceptance Agent. 4- Two identical passport photographs Taken within the past 6 months, showing current appearance. Must be official passport-type only and approximately 2" x 2" with a clear background. The photo must be in color. Do not wear a hat or any item that covers the face. Face forward only, no side shots or profiles will be accepted. Homemade Digital Photographs are not acceptable. 5-Old (most recent) passport 1. Your most recent passport must have been issued less than 15 years ago 2. You were at least 16 years of age at the time 3. Your most recent passport is not damaged.

Get Your Application Authorized Now you should authorize all your documents by local government officials so get your document and go to the nearest Passport Acceptance Facility and notify the agent you are using an expediting service to "hand carry" your application Then present all prepared required documents to the Acceptance Agent for approval. You will then sign the passport application form in the presence of the Acceptance Agent who will witness your signature and select the all your documents to place in an envelope.
Important: Do not open this sealed envelope or the application will be invalid. And Make sure the agent returns the sealed envelope to you. If the agent does not feel at ease about releasing the envelope, suggest that he/she refer to page 31 or 44 of their Passport Agent's Manual, "Hand-carrying of Executed Applications".
