Business letter An original letter from the company given to the applicant who is applying for visa, The letter should be printed on company letterhead stationery, addressed to the” Embassy of Syria “and signed by a senior manager This letter must offer: · Introduce the applicant,( employment status/position held in the company) · The purpose of visit. · Nature of business of the U.S. Company. · Name, address and Nature of business of the Syrian company to be contacted in Syria · Guarantee of sufficient funds for travel.
